At Club Diaspora, we believe that few forces have shaped modern culture and society more profoundly than the global diaspora. This influence resonates through every genre of music—from Afrobeats, Afro House, and Dancehall to Hip Hop, House, and beyond. Our mission is to spotlight and celebrate this vibrant cultural tapestry by facilitating collaborations between artists—musical or otherwise—who draw inspiration from the diaspora, no matter where they call home.

Our Experience & Vision

With over two decades of collective experience in label management, publishing administration, A&R, and artist management across Europe and North America, our team has worked with some of the industry’s most respected names—Armada Music, Confession, Def Jam, Dim Mak, G-Unit, Nervous Records, Talpa Music, Thrive (Sony), Universal Music Italy, and Universal Music South Africa, among others.

We leverage this experience to create a label rooted in fairness, transparency, and creativity. Our approach focuses on investing in individual records, offering flexible, song-by-song partnerships so artists remain truly empowered.

What We Do

Record Label
- Global Collaboration: We work with independent artists from around the world, fostering cross-genre partnerships and highlighting the diverse sounds of the diaspora.
- Fair & Transparent Contracts: We believe in genuine partnerships. Our revenue splits are straightforward:
  - 60/40 on royalties after distributor fees (17.5%)
  - 60/40 on publishing administration
  - 50/50 on merchandise (digital/physical)
- Investment in Artists: We invest in marketing, promotion, and artist development to help creators reach a global audience. Our resources include:

  - PR & Radio Airplay
  - Record Pools & Playlisting
  - Sync Licensing Submissions
  - Live Performances & Showcases
  - Corporate Partnership Opportunities
Fashion House
- We partner with visual artists from various mediums—graphic design, painting, photography, and more—to create unique merchandise and visual content. Our Fashion House also curates limited-edition collections for both our musical releases and the overall Club Diaspora brand.
Events & Showcases
- Because community matters, we plan special events and showcases around the world to bring artists and fans together in person. Look for us at marquee industry events like Amsterdam Dance Event, SXSW, Winter Music Conference, and the International Music Summit, as well as pop-up shows, listening parties, and networking sessions.
